- Competitive monthly salary: GHS 7,000 – GHS 10,000 (based on rank and experience).

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (AB) recognized by the Ghana Maritime Authority (GMA).
- Valid STCW Certificates (Basic Safety Training, Proficiency in Survival Craft, Security Awareness, etc.).
- Offshore experience preferred (PSV, AHTS, or Crew Boats).
- Medical fitness certificate (ENG1 or equivalent).
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
